Ferdinando Fava (PhD) è professore ordinario di Antropologia urbana nell’Università di Padova. Ricercatore titolare nel “Laboratoire Anthropologie/Architecture (LAA)” dell’École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-La Villette dove coordina il progetto «Être Habitant», è anche membro del “Laboratorie Architecture Ville Urbanisme Environnement (LAVUE)” del CNRS e dell’“Instituto de Altos Estudios Sociales (IDAES)” dell’Universidad Nacional de San Martin di Buenos Aires.

La sua ricerca si concentra sui processi socio-istituzionali di produzione delle aree marginali urbane come anche sull’epistemologia, l’etica e la politica della ricerca. Tra le sue ultime pubblicazioni: “Covid19: invisible et intouchable comme nos liens” in Selim M. (éd.) Ferdinando Fava (PhD) is a full professor of Urban Anthropology at the University of Padua. He is a research fellow at the “Laboratoire Anthropologie/Architecture (LAA)” of the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-La Villette, where he coordinates the project «Être Habitant». He is also a member of the “Laboratoire Architecture Ville Urbanisme Environnement (LAVUE)” at CNRS and the “Instituto de Altos Estudios Sociales (IDAES)” at the Universidad Nacional de San Martin in Buenos Aires. His research focuses on the socio-institutional processes that shape marginal urban areas as well as the epistemology, ethics, and politics of research.
